The bayonet fitting on the thermocouple twist locks onto a bayonet adapter for easy installation and removal. Spring pressure on the junction tip assures fast response time. This style of bayonet fitting is quick connecting and allows leads to exit with a protective sheath. The Style 31 & 32 Bent Sheath Fixed Bayonet thermocouples offer protection and accurate lead placement around machinery and in tight spaces.
