							The new CD-200A Lidding Machine from Package Development Corp. is economical and easy-to-use. The CD-200A seals a “skin film” lid on the top of your cup or tray that is air-tight and water-tight. The machine is stainless steel and cast aluminum, so it is ideal for food applications. It’s compact design fits easily on a table or benchtop. It works on standard 110V electrical with no compressed air required. The display/control panel displays cycle time, seal temperature and production count and is easy to program. The loading table is custom made to your cup or tray. It moves in and out automatically during the machine cycle for easy loading by the operator. The lidding film indexes automatically before each cycle. Each roll of film is 500 meters long and can seal up to 3600 cups (size dependent). The heated seal element is also custom made to your cup or tray and moves up and down automatically during the cycle to heat seal the film onto the cup. It seals very quickly, allowing production speeds of up to 350 cups per hour.
