The Packaging Aids Corporation Med Pac Validatable Pouch Sealer is an air operated impulse sealer that provides validatable controls for use in the medical industry, maintaining seal integrity seal after seal. The MedVac is the vacuum sealer version of the Med Pac. PAC has manufactured pouch sealers for over forty years and both the Med Pac and the MedVac have the same heavy duty, high production quality. - 2 seal jaws with a 5/16” wide seal element in each jaw
- Temperature controller with digital read-out & alarm
- Independent temperature sensors measure top and bottom jaw seal elements
- Jaw selector switch that allows either jaw element to be turned on or off as the application requires
- Digital timers with LED readout for seal & cool cycles
- Digital Pressure Gauge with LCD readout and programmable alarm setup
- Alarm system that will abort cycle if temperature or pressure is out of preset range
- Clear control box cover with key lock
- Ported exhaust, can be piped if needed
- Verification Plug-In Outputs useable by customer equipment for machine validation.
- Lockable swivel casters for easy machine mobility
