The 1/4” standard upper & lower heating elements allow heat to enter the material from the top & bottom for better sealing on hard to seal materials.

The New PLC Control System with Touch Screen Interface has controls for seal/dwell, vacuum and gas flush functions giving the operator a great deal of flexibility and control to achieve excellent & consistent seals.

New standard features with the PLC/TS Control System models are touch screen operator interface, cycle memory, multi-stage gas flush and seal-only mode.

The optional basic temperature control package utilizes a thermocouple sensor on the seal element to give extremely precise and effective temperature control of the seal temperature. Makes any sealer validatable. Temperature control allows sealing of such challenging materials as Tyvek, Polyester, Nylon, Teflon, Vinyls, etc.

Gramatech Vacuum sealers come standard with a venturi vacuum pump, a high cost option on many other brands. With no moving or electrical parts the venturi type pump can handle products that give off abrasive residue and products with a high moisture content. With no noisy electric pump motor, the GVS units are very quiet during the vacuum cycle.

The Retractable Nozzle Vacuum System uses two nozzles that extend out in front of the seal bar during loading and vacuum cycle and then retract during the seal cycle. They come in four sizes on the standard body--21”,26”,31”,36”, and two sizes in the large body--51”,61”.
