| #E25 Paintable Food Grade Release - This formula is a natural Lecithin with carriers for molding thermoplastics and some thermosets. Broad spectrum material applications include: ABS, acetal, epoxy, melamine, phenolic, polyester, polyethylene, polycarbonate, nylon, polyvinyl, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyurethane, and rubbers. #E26 Mineral Oil Mold Release - Extra clean & pure non-silicone paintable. A refined, paintable & silicone-free, release formula of crystal clear white oil and carrier. #E26 is compatible for molding medical or food contact materials. #26 works well with many thermoplastics, most thermosets, rubber and patterns for RTV silicone rubber molds. #E27 Paintable Zinc Stearate Dry Release - A customary release for heavy duty applications, intricate molds, or troublesome jobs that allows post molding operations and decorating. An excellent release for PC, PP, PS, PSU, Rubber and Acrylics. The release agent (ZS), is easy to see, allowing pinpoint application for ease and economy. #E28 Fluorofilm “Dry Coat” Release - A high performance release compatible to thermoplastic and thermoset resins as well as silicone rubbers. Allows post molding operations like welding and painting straight from the mold. The finely tune propellant and atomization system produces a uniform micro-platlet film on the mold. #31 U.L. Paintable Polycarbonate Release - A UL Recognized Polycarbonate compatible release that allows post mold painting, welding, printing, and embossing. #31 avoids the blemishing and haze crazing possible from conventional silicone releases. It produces a thin barrier film of slip agent that provides long lasting release action. #32 PMR Broad Spectrum U.L. Release - A UL Recognized, universal, organo-silicone release that allows post molding operations on Polystyrene, thermoformed and cast plastics, rubbers, and reinforced engineering resins. #32 permits after mold painting, metalizing, welding, stamping and gluing. It produces a thin barrier film of modified silicone that provides long lasting release action. #33 Petrolease - Non-Silicone #33 works for rubber molds, molded rubber and releases almost everything from anything. PETROLEASE has extensive applications for prototyping and pattern work. #33 also works well for RTV and tin or platinum curing elastomers. #34 Wax Release - is a non-silicone, synthetic wax-based release for rubber molding, casting and encapsulating with epoxies, phenolics and molded thermoset plastics. It is a paintable alternative to silicone and fluoropolymer type mold releases. Eject-It #34 Wax Release contains no silicones or oils, no Class I or Class II ozone depleting substances, is EPA compliant and is non-flammable. It is paintable, no need to wash or clean prior to post-molding operations, with fewer rejects from piece marking as it contains no silicones or oils. Heavy duty, non-melting with no build-up for less down-time and increased productivity and quality. |
